BOOKING CONDITIONS

– Minimun booking 4 NIGHTS.

– Pets are not allowed
– Smooking is prohibited indoors and outdoors. Smoke-free apartment.

– Mandatory cleaning service fee 55€, only for clean after check-out.

– INCLUDED: 1 set of sheets per week and 1 set of towels / person every 4 days (only for short stays)

.- INCLUDED AS A COURTESY: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of napkins and refilled gel/shampoo dispensers. Once these products are exhausted during the stay, the client must buy their own supplies.

– CHECK-IN DOCUMENTS

We inform you that Can Fredy is a Vacation Home with tourist license VV-35-1-0014846. Our intention is to guarantee transparency and security for both parties during their stay. Therefore, along with the check-in documents, we will also send you a brief Vacation Rental Contract that you must send to us signed.

– RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Reservations from 3 to 14 nights: 50% payment upon confirmation. 100% refundable cancellation up to 15 days before arrival.
Reservations from 15 nights to 30: 75% payment upon confirmation. 100% refundable cancellation up to 23 days before arrival.
Reservations of more than 30 days: payment of 100% of the first 30 days when confirming reservation. 100% refundable cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.

– REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR DAMAGES
A deposit of € 100 will be required for possible damages caused to the property. This deposit will be made by wire transfer, BIZUM or paypal, one day before of entry to the apartment and will be refunded on the day of departure, after inspection of the property.
